IT'S LIKE, YEAH, WE'LL GIVE YOU A CHECKPOINT RIGHT WHERE YOU DIE 2 SECONDS LATER, THEN IF YOU WANT TO RESTART THE LEVEL YOU HAVE TO DO THE ENTIRE FUCKING THING OVER AGAIN (EVEN THOUGH IT'S CLEARLY TWO SEPARATE FUCKING THINGS ALTOGETHER).

The part right after you blow up the rocket, in the tunnel things. It doesn't give you a spawn point until you're basically through 200 enemies so if you mess up it's back to the start ._.

Yep. It's ridiculous that there aren't more spawn points. I mean, at least don't design the enemy AI so they can clip your head from 100+ yards while sprinting and firing an Ak-47 on full-auto.

Yep, that's the tutorial I used too! It's pretty good for having been out shortly after the game was released, I would say.

I won't be on PS3 till probably the 27th though since my dad isnt letting me play for three days

I actually had no problems with the checkpoint/spawn system on Campaign, just in Multiplayer. =/
