This happened to me once lol when I first got the game.

Reminds me of the time I saw the game winning kill cam was 2 guys camping/boosting and tone of them took the opportunity to get the "get a game winning kill cam by dropping a crate on an enemy" (yes I don't know the actual name of it) challenge.

It annoyed me so much, because that sort of challenge, one of the hardest ones to get legitimately, should be one you just wait and hope to get it. boosting to get it means nothing I don't see how anyone can be satisfied with earning it this way.

I think though the best way to do it would be to have emergency airdrop and, and just lob the smoke signer grenade thing near the enemies spawn

i got a kill like that once, but never a game winning kill, i threw it, got killed and then got the kill, it was hysterical
