Good sniper, but as usual Call of Duty failed to accurately incorporate the weapon.. "In 1938, Simonov designed the PTRS-41, a magazine fed, anti-tank rifle." Unsurprisingly this weapons does no more damage to tanks than any other rifle from what I've noticed.

Do you think it would've been fair for this weapon to deal massive damage to tanks? I think so, seeing as it's unlocked at level 57. Share your thoughts!

definately, but didnt they get rid of tanks? i dont remember since i havent played in a while

I've always believed that that guns which you unlock should be better than the default guns and gun unlocked at lower ranks, surely that should be the point of working to unlock them? But this is slightly off topic. If this was given the ability to take out tanks, it would have been made worse in some other factor, otherwise no one would use the other sniper rifles. I quite like this gun in zombies, it's always OSK and it's very easy to no scope/quick scope zombies

Well realistically it doesn't make sense to have the PTRS in the game at all if it's only sniping when it's intended for Anti-Tank usage. idk just seems like shitty integration to me.

think about it, a .50 cal will blow a fcking chunk of your body off, if not a whole limb. but no you get hitmarkers

its for stability in the game. otherwise you wouldnt even play it. think about lmg's in games, they make them weaker than ar's and more spread, but irl they are more powerful and are just as accurate if not better.

But if you think about it they could've chosen different weapons or used variations. To me it makes small amounts of sense to include something then display it as your own interpretation. It's like taking an RPG and making it fire 7.62mm rounds.
