Not really, fire rates aren't the same. Youvan tell it's based on the SCAR-H though, look at the reload (not irl but from mw2).

I got some inside people at Infinity Ward who sent them to me, but alas the only contact I know at Treyarch works as a janitor and the last time he tried to sneak me information they tortured him for 3 days straight, and he doesn't even have access to such black op related images anyway Sadface
