Forum Warfare Rules

I. GENERAL
1. Due to the nature and rating of the Call of Duty games, we do not have any strict limitations on language (foul languages, swear words, etc.). It is recommended that users keep profanity to a minimum to avoid user to user disputes, however.
2. Although we do not monitor users language, flaming (harassment, abuse, bullying, etc.) are unacceptable at any level. Users will receive warnings or bans if necessary.
3. No illegal content of any sorts can be hosted or shared across this website. This includes, but is not limited to: torrents containing illegal files; direct download links; uploaded programs/images/files; etc. Users distributing illegal goods will be warned or in some cases banned.

II. POSTING
1. When posting a topic, double check you are posting in the correct section. If you are unsure, please contact a member of staff. If you notice a thread is posted in the wrong section, please use the report button and let us know.
2. Keep replies on topic. If you notice posts which are disrupting the topic or leading it off course, please use the report feature as mentioned above. Repeat offenders will receive warnings.
3. Private Messages are the property of Forum Warfare, the receiver, and the sender. You must receive permission from the sender to share the contents of the PM with the public. We reserve the right to read, delete, post or otherwise modify Private Messages at any time without prior notice.
4. When posting, please use proper grammar. If you are not a native English speaker, consider using a trusted translator to ensure everyone is able to comprehend. Grammar includes punctuation, capitalism and spelling, as well as using linebreaks when necessary. This helps to ensure any English user will be able to read your post.
5. Spam, Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages, are not wanted outside of the spam area of the board. 'Spammy' posts will be removed and repeat offenders will receive warnings.

III. COMPETITIONS
1. Attempting to earn Xperience Points by any illigitimate way is not allowed, and you will be liable for disqualification. This includes but it not limited to:
--a. Posting numerous useless threads
--b. Making useless posts in other threads
--c. Creating fake profiles
This is completely down to the ForumWarfare staff's discretion.
2. We will not be held responsible for faults with the software this forum runs on, if it causes you to earn XP where you shouldn't have.

IV. OTHER POLICIES
1. Forum Warfare will not be held responsible for any unreported disputes. We will only investigate if claims are made.
2. We reserve the right to modify any post, thread, website area, PM or document at any time.
